In case of any violation of these rules and regulations, PB reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such violations. These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to all visits to this website, both now and in the future.

Membership Terms & Conditions

[/nectar_highlighted_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][toggles style=”minimal”][toggle color=”Default” title=”Membership Applications”][vc_column_text]Any individual who make a spending of $20,000 in-store will automatically be granted a complimentary annual Membership. Otherwise, a Membership fee is applicable for any applicant who wish to apply for the Membership. By joining the Membership, the applicant is deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions, and represents and warrants; (i) (where the applicant is an individual) that he/she is at least 18 years of age; (ii) that it is capable of entering into and performing legally binding contracts under applicable law; and (iii) that all information submitted to PB is complete, accurate and up to date.

All Membership has a validity period of a year from the date of application.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”Member Responsibilities”][vc_column_text]Each Member shall be bound during the continuance of its Membership by these terms and conditions including any amendments made subsequently by PB.

Each Member is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Membership account, login details and passwords, and for all activities that occur under their Membership account.

Each Member must/shall not allow any third-party access to their membership account. Each Member shall notify PB immediately in writing of any unauthorised use of its Membership details or account.

Membership is non-transferable and non-redeemable. Transfer of membership will only be allowed in the case where there is a change of account, subjected to approval by the management.

Membership is to be renewed annually. Renewal of membership must be done in person in-store. Or in the case where member make a new spending of $20,000 in a single receipt, the member will automatically be granted a continuity of the membership.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”Member Rewards, Benefits & Privileges”][vc_column_text]Each member can enjoy the applicable Membership Rewards, Benefits and Privileges at the individual outlet where the application was made.

All complimentary gift items given during the Membership entitlement period are strictly non-refundable and exchangeable.

Each member will earn points for every purchase make in-store. Points can be accumulated for redemption of product/services on the Membership Portal. Redemption of product limits to a single type of not more than 3 in quantity.

Points accumulated has an expiry of one year. Points will be forfeited if not redeem upon membership expiry.

PB Welcome Pack
Each member will be given a PB Welcome Pack that consist of $100 Gift Voucher and quarterly Surprise Beauty Box upon successful Membership application.

$500 Gift Voucher – Only applicable for redemption on the next purchase. Voucher is applicable for redemption on product purchases in-store. Voucher is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion on-going in-store.

Surprise Beauty Box – Each member is entitled to redeem one beauty box per quarter (4 beauty boxes per year). Redemption of beauty box can be done either physically in-store or by writing into PB. Delivery of beauty box is subjected to availability.

Birthday Perks
Each member will be rewarded with a birthday gift on its birthday month. Redemption of birthday gift can only be done within its birthday month upon arrangement made with our customer service team.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”Membership Termination”][vc_column_text]PB has the right to suspend/terminate a Membership at any point of time without having to give any reason or notice.

Member may terminate its Membership at any time by giving 30 days written notice to PB.

Membership fees will not be refunded if Membership is terminated for whatever reason before the end of a Membership year.

An individual whose Membership has expired or been suspended or terminated will cease to enjoy Membership rewards, benefits and privileges.
