How do I qualify to be a PRIVILEGE BOUTIQUE member?

Any individual who make a spending of $20,000 in a single receipt at any of our brands will automatically be granted a Complimentary 1-year membership.
Otherwise, a Membership fee is applicable for any applicant who wish to apply for the Membership.

What is the minimal age to become a PRIVILEGE BOUTIQUE member?

Any individual who wish to join our membership must be of at least 18 years old, who can enter and perform legally binding contracts under applicable law.

How long is my membership valid for?

All Membership has a validity period of a year from the date of activation (date of purchase).

How can I renew my membership?

Membership is to be renewed annually. Renewal of membership must be done in person in-store. Or in the case where member make a new spending of $20,000 in a single receipt, the member will automatically be granted a continuity of the membership.

Is my membership transferable?

Membership is non-transferable. Transfer of membership will only be allowed in the case where there is a change of account, subjected to approval by the management.

How can I terminate my membership?

Member may terminate its Membership at any time by giving 30 days written notice to PB.

Membership fees will not be refunded if Membership is terminated for whatever reason before the end of a Membership year.

PB has the right to suspend/terminate a Membership at any point of time without having to give any reason or notice.

How do I redeem my Welcome Pack?

The Welcome Pack will be given to you right after your Membership sign-up.

For quarterly Surprise Beauty Box, our customer service officer will contact you directly to schedule the redemption.

How do I redeem my Birthday Perks?

You will receive an email on your Birthday Perks when its nearing your birthday. Birthday Perks is only valid for one-time redemption, during your birthday month. Redemption instruction can be found in the email respectively.

Alternatively, you may contact us via call or email to redeem your Birthday Perks.

How do I redeem my quarterly Surprise Beauty Box?

Our customer service officer will contact you regarding your Surprise Beauty Box redemption when nearing each quarter. You may choose to redeem your surprise beauty box in-store when you visit the store or have it delivered to your doorstep (subject to availability and additional charges).

What are PB Rewards Points?

PB Rewards Points are the points you earn for every spending you make at our stores. For every dollar spent, you earn 1 point.

Are PB Rewards Points given immediately upon purchase?

Yes, PB Rewards Points will be given for any purchase made in-store. Do allow 1 working day for PB Rewards Points to be reflected on your Member’s Account online.

How can I keep track of my PB Rewards Points?

Login to your Member’s Account to view and track your PB Rewards Points. You will be able to see a detailed breakdown of the points earned and your redemption history.

How long are my PB Rewards Points valid for?

All PB Rewards Points earned are valid for a year from the date of purchase is made.

In the case where your Membership expired, all your unused PB Rewards Points will be forfeited. Hence, you are advised to utilize all your PB Rewards Points before your Membership expire.

What can I do with the PB Rewards Points I have?

PB Rewards Points can be used or accumulated for rewards redemptions.

What type of rewards redemption are available?

Refer to Redemption page on your Member’s Account to view the list of rewards available for redemption.

How do I collect my rewards redemption?

You can collect your redeemed rewards in-store or have it delivered to your doorstep upon request (subject to availability and additional charges).

What happens to my PB Rewards Points when I return merchandise I have purchased or requested for a refund?

When you made a return or refund, the previously earned PB Rewards Points will be forfeited and deducted out from your account.

If you have already spent the points for such purchase on rewards redemptions, you will be asked to return the rewards redeemed or reimburse in cash.

Can I transfer my PB rewards points to another cardmember?

No, your PB Rewards Points cannot be transferred to another card Member’s Account.

Can I redeem the same reward more than once?

Yes. You may redeem a Reward not more than 3 in quantity per product type so long as you have sufficient points, and the reward is available.

Can I convert my Rewards Points to cash?

No. All rewards points are non-exchangeable for cash.

How do I get my membership online account?

You will receive an account verification email to activate your Member’s Account online within 3 working days after joining the Membership club.

You may log in to your Member’s Account to view your Membership online after the activation. Do take note to activate your account before the link expire in 14 days. If your activation link expired, please contact us for assistance.

You are to create your own account password on your first log in. Please do not share this login information with others to ensure your account is secure and that only you can use your own account.

How do I reset my password to my online account if I have forgotten my password?

To reset your password, click ‘forget password’ at the sign in page of Member Portal. Enter your email address and then click send me reset instructions.  To ensure the reset process is secure:

  • Password reset link will automatically expire after 24 hours.
  • Password reset link can only be used once. If you click the link, and reset your password, the link becomes invalid.
  • If the link becomes invalid, delete the old reset email, and start with a fresh password reset.

You are advised not to share your password or any of your login detail with others as this help to make sure that only you can use your account.

My personal details have changed, how do I notify PRIVILEGE BOUTIQUE?

Login to the Member Portal with your Email and Password. Proceed to: “Update My Profile” page to update your personal details.
